I don’t even know where to start. I walked into this store looking for a new pair of glasses and half an hour later I… found a pair that I love, at half the price I was expecting to pay. Noise pieces. Plastic…broke off out of nowhere after 2 days of wearing them 💔. Christmas day without glasses… to wear. Hopefully they repair them Saturday!!!I’m just so grateful that as soon as they seen this they were kind enough to call mine home immediately and offer to repair them at no cost.😮I now feel that I could have been more courteous and call him instead of posting on here first. Visited this store with my girlfriend and I can say that I’ve never met a more genuine and enthusiastic optician! Very… outgoing and charming, the price for the lenses and frames were literally HALF of the quote I was given by other well known stores! And to add a cherry on top of the cake, he even threw in a FREE pair of month eye contacts as he could see my girlfriends need for her eye sight would bring her happiness. Mr. Gulamhuseins customer service is beyond expectations and I would recommend this location to anyone , who lives anywhere in the GTA.5 stars.read more

I sat on my glasses & broke one of the arms this morning. When I called, Munaver immediately told me to come in to see… what he could do. Within 5 minutes of arriving, he fixed my glasses, adjusted them perfectly and helped me understand how to deal with my specific kind of frame for the future. FRIENDLY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!I live in the neighbourhood, and twice in the last 5 years I have stopped in for help.… The first time was to replace a screw in some sunglasses. Today it was to repair some prescription reading glasses I bought somewhere else about 8 years ago. Today’s repair was a little more involved, and Munaver asked to keep the glasses to see if he could repair them… which he managed to do later in the day. Both times he would not take money from me for the repairs. Thank-you! This type of customer service is not as common as it used to be. Super friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Munaver and Parliament Optical.read more

I got my eye exam, which was done very professionally by the optometrist who looks like she really knows what she is… doing. Got my frames with progressive lenses that the optician recommended.
